When you have the opportunity to live in the jungle far away from the closest city you will have some beautiful encounters.
Under the bright sun I saw hummingbirds guarding their favourite flower bush. A curious sloth climbed down his tree for a closer look. Monkeys searched for food on the jungle floor under the fruit trees. An iguana climbed the tree tops to bathe in the sun. Howler monkeys shouted high up in a big old tree to let me know that the rain was about to start. A family of Coatis played with their little ones outside my cabin almost everyday. What animals! Such rich life, so close and so wild. The humid jungle is truly alive.
