Before the sun had risen over the mountains I walked up the path to the lookout. Clouds were rolling in, mixing with the early morning mist. The sun shone through the sun gate and there it was. One of the most famous mountains in the world with the ruins of the citadel underneath. One of the modern seven wonders of the world and I had the opportunity to capture it on 35 mm film.
Follow me on a walk from the look out down to the citadel and the beautiful ruins that still stand today. The magical and majestic, Machu Picchu.
